How paid memberships work, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. Dane's Price Checker is a brand of Bitchy Ghost Studios LLC.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live; you'll see the full amount before you pay.
When you join, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the plan price, plus any tax, every month on the same date you signed up, until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt for each charge. You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy a plan.
That's it; no email or phone call needed. You can also ask us to cancel for you at support@danespricechecker.com. When you cancel, you won't be charged again and you keep member features until the end of the month you already paid for. Deleting your account cancels your plan right away.
You can switch between Member and Pro any time from Manage billing. Stripe adjusts the price for the rest of the current month, so you're charged or credited the difference.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and email you. Member features may pause until the payment goes through. You can update your card any time in Manage billing.
If we change a plan's price, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
